Who runs PMNM Simple
PMNM Simple is operated by Pay Me No Mind Consulting LLC, based in Rochester, New York. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pay Me No Mind Consulting LLC. “You” means the person using PMNM Simple.

What information we collect
We collect only what we need for the app to work:
- Account details you provide — such as your name and email address when you sign up or contact us.
- Social account connections — when you connect a social platform (such as TikTok or Facebook), we receive the access permission that platform gives us so we can post on your behalf. We do not receive your password for that platform.
- Posts and media you upload — the text, photos, and videos you write or upload in PMNM Simple to be posted.
- Scheduled post times — the dates and times you pick for your posts to go out, and which platforms you picked for each post.
We do not collect information about you from other sources for marketing, and we do not build profiles about you to sell or share.
How we use your information
We use your information for one purpose: to run PMNM Simple for you.
- To schedule your posts for the times you choose.
- To publish those posts to the social platforms you choose and connect.
- To keep your account working, show you your scheduled and posted items, and fix problems when something does not post.
- To reply when you contact us for help.
We do not use your posts, media, or account details for advertising, and we do not use them to train models or for any purpose unrelated to posting your content for you.
Signing in with TikTok
If you choose to connect TikTok, PMNM Simple uses TikTok’s Login Kit, which is TikTok’s official way to sign in.
What TikTok shares with us: only your open ID (a unique ID TikTok assigns to your account for this app), your avatar (profile picture), and your display name.
That is the full list under the user.info.basic permission. We do not read your private messages, your followers list, or other private account information through Login Kit.
When you also connect TikTok for posting, we use that connection only to upload and publish the videos and posts you create and schedule in PMNM Simple, as you direct.
You can disconnect TikTok at any time in TikTok’s settings or by contacting us, and you can ask us to delete the TikTok information we hold about you — see Section 7.
We do not sell your personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Your information is shared only in these limited ways:
- With the platforms you choose — when a post goes out, its content is sent to TikTok, Facebook, or whichever platform you picked for that post, so it can be published.
- With services that help run the app — for example, secure hosting and storage providers, only as needed to operate PMNM Simple and under their own security obligations.
- If the law requires it — if we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect the safety and rights of our users and our company.
How we store and protect your data
We store your information securely using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for an app of this size, including access controls and encrypted connections where the platforms and providers support them.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. We work to limit access to your data to what is needed to operate the app, and we keep your scheduled posts and media only as long as needed to publish them and maintain your account, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
You can ask us to delete your data
Your data belongs to you. At any time, you can:
- Disconnect a social account from PMNM Simple.
- Delete posts and media you have not yet published.
- Ask us to delete all of the data we hold about you and close your account.

Please email from the address on your account, and tell us you want your PMNM Simple data deleted. We will process your request and confirm when it is done.
Not for children under 13
PMNM Simple is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, please contact us at alex@paymenomindconsulting.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post the new version here. For important changes, we will provide notice through the app or by email where appropriate, before or when the change takes effect.
Continuing to use PMNM Simple after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
